Every order from Books by Alexis Donald / The Alexis Donald Experience is prepared and packaged with the same care, intention, and excellence that define our brand.

Processing Time:
Each order is created, checked, and wrapped with intention. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. Custom or preorder items may take longer, which will always be noted on the product page.

Shipping Timeframes:

• Domestic (U.S.) Orders: 5–10 business days after processing
  
  
• International Orders: 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance
  
  

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages:

While rare, shipping delays and carrier mishandling can occur. Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, it is in the care of the shipping service. If an issue arises, our team will gladly assist you in navigating the next steps to ensure you’re supported.

Address Accuracy:

Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout. We are unable to replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at purchase.

Returns & Exchanges:

All sales are considered final. Each product is made and packaged with care, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective. Please reach out within 7 days of delivery if that occurs.
